Terms (AGB)

English translation for information. The German version is authoritative. Applies to armedrz.gay. Updated September 2026.

Scope

These terms cover the armedrz.gay website. Operator details are in the legal notice.

No contracts are concluded on this site

No contracts are concluded on this site. There is no checkout, no account registration and no payment function. The Tebex store is not open, so nothing can be bought.

What the site does

The site publishes project information and reads its own endpoint status. Every catalogue entry is a retained concept, not an offer. Availability of the site or the game endpoint is not promised.

Direct game address

The published direct address is provided for testing. Access is free of charge and no service level, uptime or data retention is promised.

Before commerce opens

A full set of terms covering orders, delivery, payment and support has to be published and reviewed before any storefront opens. Until then this page states only that no contract can come about here.

Applicable law

German law applies.
