ArmedRZ is operated by Luis Daniel Philip Erdmann, a German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen), within the "Midnight.Games" operating structure (part of the "Noctis group"). Neither "ArmedRZ" nor "Midnight.Games" nor "Noctis group" are separately incorporated legal entities; these are trade and brand names of the same natural person.
VAT
As a small business under Section 19 UStG (German VAT act), no VAT is shown or charged.

Payment processing
Store purchases are processed by the third-party provider Tebex (Volcanic Arts LTD, the Cfx.re/FiveM commerce partner). Tebex is responsible for payment and order processing on its own platform.
